start to shape	setting the bottom depth	defining the tenon
shaping the bowl	refining the wing	rechucked to start the top
rough out the wings	defining the thickness	finalize the end thickness
working up the wing	finish up the wings	smooth off the top surface
define the bowl lip	refine the bowl lip	hollow the bowl
se the ridge, this will remove them	micro bevel grind on the bowl gouge	mount the lid blank
define the tenon	start to define the shape	rechuck to do the bottom
start to hollow the bottom	start to refine the bottom	finalize the bottom shape
measure for the lids size	mark the lid size	define the tenon size
