This meeting includes our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the 2024 budget, the updated guild by-law and to elect several positions on the Executive Cmte.  Please join in-person or via Zoom to share your vote as a quorum is required.

If you are unable to attend in person, please submit your proxy vote in support of our updated bylaw.

This evening's highlight will be a demonstration by Jim Wright and Maurice Solar on the techniques, steps and equipment needed to "turn a pen".  

Members are invited to bring something you are proud of making this past month (although given the AGM we may not have time to share speak to your items this month) and bring your contribution towards the President's Challenge:  Bottle Stoppers, Goblet (in recognition of the recent new year celebrations)

All are welcome.  Guests are invited to join an introductory meeting to  see how they like the group, then encouraged to sign up online and become a member of the Guild.  Please let the Host know (verbally or via Chat) that you are a guest when you join.

ZOOM:  For those not able to attend and wishing to participate from home, you may connect via Zoom.  Members attending via Zoom will also be able to vote in the AGM.
